Distilled in the traditional Single Pot Still style from 100% Irish malt, green barley and oats, and malted using turf from our family land in Inverin, this is a bold yet balanced whiskey, full of texture and flavour.

Slow distillation in our small still creates a full-bodied whiskey with gentle warmth and a distinctive, oily Pot Still mouthfeel. Soft Connemara peat smoke frames the spirit, allowing the distillate’s natural spice and richness to shine.

Maturation in carefully selected Port and Sherry casks lends rich notes of blackcurrant, plum and dark toffee from the Port, while PX, Oloroso and Amontillado add depth, dried fruit and gentle sweetness. The finish is long, warming and softly smoky, with a lingering hint of spice.
