35.5ml Micil Heritage Poitín

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Soda Water

METHOD

Highball Cocktail

Combine the Micil Heritage Poitín. the fresh lemon juice and the bitters in a tall glass. Fill with ice and top with soda water, giving a light stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.
