
Spiced Orange Gin and Ginger
Irish Gin
35.5ml Micil Inverin Small Batch
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Honey & Ginger Syrup
Soda Water
Combine the ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Top with soda water & stir to ensure a consistent flavour. Garnish with a lemon twist.
To make honey & ginger syrup, add honey & water to a pot at ratio of 1-2, grate a small amount of fresh ginger into the pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Allow to simmer for a few minutes and let cool. Strain into your chosen container.
