Ingredients

50ml Micil Irish Poitín

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White

METHOD

Shaken Cocktail.

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake without ice first, to aerate the egg whites. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously again. 

Double Strain into your chosen glass, with or without ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and add a few drops of bitters to taste.
