Pour Micil Irish Poitín into a tall glass filled with ice, squeeze a wedge of fresh lime into the glass, and top with premium ginger beer. Give the drink a light stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
A spicy, full-flavoured poitín made to an original family recipe, distilled using 100% Irish malted barley and a local Connemara botanical known as bogbean.
