50ml Micil Heritage Poitín
25ml Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Stirred Cocktail
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir down for 10-20 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with either an orange twist or a cherry.
A celebration of the finest Connemara poitín of the past. Made using 100% Irish malted barley and oats, peated using turf from our family land in Inverin.
