Ingredients
60ml Micil Irish Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
METHOD
Stirred Cocktail.
Add both ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with Ice and stir down to your desired dilution. Serve straight up in your chosen glass. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
