
Spiced Orange Gin and Ginger
Irish Gin
35.5ml Micil Inverin Small Batch
20ml Tawny Port
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
Shaken Cocktail.
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg. Fill shaker with ice and wet shake (with ice). Double strain into your chosen glass with or without ice.
A five-part peated blend with a triple cask finish that embodies the fruity spice of the finest Connemara ‘fuisce’ and the peat smoke of the illicit stills and kilns of Inverin.
