An inside look into a working distillery, focusing on whiskey, poitín and gin production at Micil. You’ll discover the amazing histories of all three spirits, learn how they’re made, and hear some colourful stories about our own family’s illicit distilling heritage.

Micil Distillery is open seven days a week for pre-booked tasting experiences, offering fully guided, up-close and personal insights into the world of Micil.

We offer 4 Experience times daily.

Experience 1 runs at 2pm, 4pm & 6pm and you will taste two different styles of Whiskey & one Poitín. Experience 2 runs daily at 12 noon and you will taste one Gin, one Poitín & one Whiskey.

All subject to availability. Experiences are only available through English or Irish.
