Spiced Orange Gin and Ginger
50ml Micil Earls Island
15ml Demerara Syrup
1 Dash of Peychauds Bitters
1 Dash of Angostura Orange Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir down for 10-20secs. Pour and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
