35.5ml Micil Spiced Orange Gin

Premium Ginger Ale

METHOD

Highball Serve.

Combine ingredients in a tall glass with ice and give a light stir. Garnish with fresh lime.

35.5ml Micil Irish Gin

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Cranberry Juice

METHOD

Highball Serve.

Pour Micil Irish Gin & fresh lime juice over ice in a tall glass. Top with cranberry juice, give a light stir, and garnish with fresh lime wedges.

Ingredients

60ml Micil Irish Gin

10ml Dry Vermouth

METHOD

Stirred Cocktail.

Add both ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with Ice and stir down to your desired dilution. Serve straight up in your chosen glass. Garnish with a Lemon twist.

35.5ml Micil Spiced Orange
35.5ml Aperol
35.5ml Lillet Blanc

METHOD

Stirred Cocktail.

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 10-20 seconds. Pour over ice in your chosen glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients

35.5ml Micil Irish Gin

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

Fresh Blueberries

METHOD

Shaken Cocktail – served Tall

Place 5/6 blueberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle them, squeezing the juices. Add the rest of your ingredients to the shaker and top with ice. Shake vigourously. Strain & pour over ice in a tall glass, top with soda water and give a light stir. Garnish with blueberries.
